HARRISBURG – Sen. Elder Vogel, Jr. (R-47) will join the Rimer family for the dedication of a portion of Harvey Run Road, honoring the life of Sgt. Joshua James Rimer on Saturday, April 15, at 3 p.m., at the Pine Run Volunteer Fire Department, 1395 Harvey Run Road in Freedom.
Army Sgt. Joshua Rimer, a Beaver County resident, tragically lost his life while serving in Afghanistan in 2009. To honor his life and legacy, a portion of Harvey Run Road will be renamed the Army Sgt. Joshua James Rimer Memorial Road.
