State Senator Elder Vogel, Jr. (R-47) announced today that he has teamed up with the PA Department of Military and Veterans Affairs to host their Mobile Veterans’ Outreach Van to veterans and their families. Accredited veterans services officers will be on hand to provide information and assistance to veterans and family members who may be eligible for benefits through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Such benefits might include service connected disability compensation, improved pensions, death pensions, VA health care benefits, burial benefits, education benefits, vocational rehabilitation and much more.
The mobile outreach will be held from 1:00 pm- 4:00 pm on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at the Rochester VFW located at 179 Virginia Avenue, Rochester, PA 15074.
